Took a car into C & A motors which I bought from elsewhere. The car which had no affiliation to C & A motors had a engine fault. Paul took the time to run a lengthy diagnostic test on the car and, free of charge informed me of remedies for the fault.
All of this was done free of charge with no persistence for C & A to carry out the repairs.
Was dealt with in a very professional manner and would definitely recommend.

Middle of Lockdown, I have to stay in doors, not a problem. Paul Kenny brought the car I wanted over to my home to inspect. I was happy and purchased the car. Paul made sure the car was valeted and fully Mot'ed.
Then delivered the car to my home. All paper work already completed. No fuss no hassle. Excellent service. 10 out of 10 in my book

I purchased a Qashqai from C&A Motors in September. Unfortunately a couple of weeks after purchasing my vehicle, I noticed that the Air Con was not working. I called Paul who arranged for me to drop the car off in order to investigate why the Air Con was not working. It turned out that there was a leak in the Air Con system. Paul took complete ownership of the situation, booked my car in to the garage and got the Air Con repaired. I can wholeheartedly say that this is a 'Used car' company who are very honest, trustworthy and genuine. The customer service I received was excellent. I would without a doubt recommend C&A motors to anyone looking to buy a decent and reliable car.

No pressure experience here sales staff not hovering over you all the time just approaches to advise if we wanted anything opening just ask. Vehicles were clean and tidy and staff very knowledgeable. Staff are fantastic, explained the whole process from start to finish. Did all paperwork for me and even taxed the car before I left. Had a slight problem with the car when I picked it up but they sorted it out straight away with no quibbles. I was made to feel like I was their only customer, it was like nobody else mattered to them. Fantastic company to deal with.
